Bill has been representing accident victims and trying personal injury cases for over thirty-five (35) years. He is a graduate, with honors, from Indiana University in 1966. He has served on the Executive Committee and been a Director of the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association for many years. He has served as the Regional Chairman for the American Trial Lawyers Association and is a member of the Indiana and Ohio Bar Associations. He has published articles on various personal injury topics and has lectured at various seminars. He has been listed in Naifeh and Smith, the best lawyers in America since its inception, designated as a Super Lawyer by the Indianapolis Monthly magazine from its first publication in 2002 to its most recent in 2005, and was elected Indiana Trial Lawyer of the year in 2000. Bill's litigation experience is in a broad area from automobile cases to product design and manufacturing failures, which has included being one of the lawyers to represent the State of Indiana in the tobacco lawsuit, representing women of the State of Indiana in the Norplant litigation, and currently representing clients in the Vioxx litigation.
